Changed wifi router to Nest Wifi Pro and changed SSID and password. All devices and older Nest camera and doorbell reconnected without any issues, but both the Nest Cam (Battery) and Nest Cam with Floodlight will not reconnect after removal from Home...

Thank you for the information. I retired the factory reset process on both again and finally was able to get the devices set up. I had to perform multiple resets to get them to reconnect. Thank you for the response.
