Nest Doorbell (Battery) and Nest Cam with Floodlight won't connect to Wifi

Changed wifi router to Nest Wifi Pro and changed SSID and password.  All devices and older Nest camera and doorbell reconnected without any issues, but both the Nest Cam (Battery) and Nest Cam with Floodlight will not reconnect after removal from Home, resetting of devices and even a factory reset.  I have tried multiple published troubleshooting steps and workarounds, but nothing will work.  When going through the startup process for the doorbell, the doorbell light never turns to flashing blue (only flashes white).  Also, when the doorbell is pressed, it will ring with the custom tone that was set prior to factory resetting, which would indicate that the factory reset did not work.  Please advise.

Hi yar78bo3,

Thanks for posting here in the community and for sharing with us the steps you've done. Let's go ahead and see what we can do. If you see a pulsing white light, that means your Nest Camera is just starting up. Hit this link to properly reset your Nest Camera (battery) to the factory default. It should have a pulsing blue light during setup to make sure that it's ready to be set up. Don't forget that after the reset all of your recorded events will get removed. Then, remove and re-add your Nest Cameras to the Google Home app. Let us know how it goes.

Best,
Emerson

Thank you for the information. I retired the factory reset process on both again and finally was able to get the devices set up. I had to perform multiple resets to get them to reconnect. Thank you for the response.
