Hi, can Google Nest Mini connect to a smart device through Bluetooth, and the smart device can be controlled by Google Home if the connection is created?

sorry, I might have not make my idea clear, I meant that I wants to develop a smart lock which contains a bluetooth module, and I want to use Google Home to control the smart lock through bluetooth, not sure if Google Home could support this function...
