Also in south TEXAS, to be more specific I had to factory reset the NEST
thermostat and delete the thermostat from my google home app (since my
nest 2020 works off the google app) then go through the process of
reinstalling the thermostat like it was...
I had the same issue, heat working fine until late last night. Just
called in and they had me factory reset the unit, heat working fine
again. Might wanna try this before getting charged for a HVAC visit
