Google Nest keeps telling me to log in

All the Google nest minis have suddenly started sayingPlease log in through the Google home app. How do I do this? I have the app on my phone and I can see the minis in the app so I thought I was logged in.

I have tried turning them off and back on again. I have tried rebooting them using the app on my phone. Not sure what else to do.
