I cannot connect up to my mesh router from the home app on my phone. The
home app wants an 8 character setup code, but my router has a 9
character setup code . What can I do?
What finally worked was recognizing that I had 2 profiles and when I
switched to the second one it didn't have a problem scanning the QR
code...But too late. I've moved on now from the Google mesh to Orbi.
