Have green light on in doorbell. Camera and audio both work. 23.7 volts
at doorbell. Press the button and doorbell lights up white circle and it
chimes but not the indoor chime.
Thanks for the reply. Was on phone to Google for an hour and they passed
me to tech support. All they could do is set up a service call which
they don't do in Canada. I then found a reply where they disconnected
the chime puck. i tried this and bingo...
