I had two cameras installed the other day and both are plugged in but
one is running off the battery. How do I change this? I don't see the
ability to do this in the app.
Hi Brad,I haven't yet as I have had a chance to look at the camera
outside. We got 15 inches of snow the other day so it's a bit difficult
to get anywhere near my camera. I'm planning to do it this weekend
though and if I can't find the problem then ...
Thank you for replying fellow Minneapolitan. I will have to check those
things. I thought there would be a way in the app to switch from battery
to wired but maybe it is a problem with the wire. I'm having no issues
with my other camera.
