Is there someone from sourcing we can talk to? They include the screws
in the box, so you have to source them from somewhere. How do you source
them to include in the box if you don't know what size to order?
I am having the same issue. I've contacted support multiple times but
won't provide an answer. They say to have it uninstalled, bring to an
hardware store and randomly try different screws until one fits, then
have reinstalled... Does anyone know the...
