I installed a new mechanical chime and all is working correctly now.

Thanks for the link. I tried removing the 2-wire pucks and that didn’t help. The doorbells went offline and had the low voltage yellow lights on them. Re-attached the pucks and the doorbells worked again, but still no chime. thanks
