Hello there, when I lose power on my thermostat display it shows a message that there is no power however on my phone it shows that the my heating is up and running, is this normal? Can I get the same notification of no power on my phone? Thanks and ...

Thanks Mark for the clarification about the alert, I get it, however if I am monitoring the thermostat with my app, on power outage it indicates that the ac is up and running, which I believe is the latest status before the power outage, am I correct...

Hi Emersoni checked the link with a lot of good stuff however I didn’t found the answer to my question, on a power outage I have a notification on the thermostat but I get nothing on my app it shows that the system is up and running,
