New Nest won’t connect to App via Bluetooth

Hello, I just got two brand new Nest Thermostat. The Home App seeks to connect to the thermostat via Bluetooth but doesn’t find it. So I cannot add this device to my Google Home App. I tried with both to no avail so it’s unlikely a hardware issue. I ...
