Thermostat stuck as 71 degrees as lowest it will go

I like to sleep at 65 degrees - after 2 weeks of using Nest (a Brand new Rheem central air conditioning system) it doesn't matter how cold I set the thermostat - it is not allowing the AC to go below 71 degrees. - What is going on? Can I get my money...
