Newest info:I have measured 12.5V on the input of Nest Hello. The output from Nest Hello to indoor mechanical chime/chime connector measures 1.5V and only 2.6V when the ring button is pressed. Maybe a faulty Nest Hello or/and chime connector?

Thank you for writing. The wiring I have used should be correct but the chime connector does not react.
