so you need to check for correct voltage at the thermostat head, make
sure nothing has happened to the supply wiring (loose connection, maybe
even from diy drilling into wall etc).if all the wiring is correct for
continuity, voltage and loose connect...
you need to use home assist/awaybasically its going into away (eco) mode
due to it thinking you are out due to the movement sensors not picking
you up. by using home assist this will keep ip running to the schedule
when you are in the property.
