So just had Nest Wi-Fi (2) installed yesterday and today all 3 outdoor
cameras ( battery) went offline and they will not come back online;
checked router and Wi-Fi speeds all good; appears to be a camera issue.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks for the post; had the installer back today and he changed the
“mount” setting from “other” back to Google magnet mount, which is what
they are ( for some reason his experience had been to select “other”
mount shen installing Google cameras ?? ...
Yes my Nest service tech mentioned the same possibility tonight, that a
software update may be the issue; if I get resolved tomorrow I will let
you know!
