Connecting to google cloud

I am trying to get my Hisense tv to run my pictures through google photos. I have installed the Google Home app. I tap on my tv and go to the gear icon and it says problem connecting to the cloudcan anyone help me out?

It is a Hisense 75u8h. I can connect to tv via Google home but I can’t connect Google home to Google photos

I still can’t connect to the cloud. Is there some sort of fee for the cloud via Google home
