Nest Hub Display, no power at all when plugged in.

Nest hub stopped working. Have a black screen plug doesn't power device. New plug also doesn't power device. Unsure what I need to do. Other than buy a new one.

Frances,Yeah there is no power going to the device. Also tried another Hub cord. Thanks for this info.
