Nest hub stopped working. Have a black screen plug doesn't power device. New plug also doesn't power device. Unsure what I need to do. Other than buy a new one.

Could you please try one more troubleshooting step?
On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
Please let me know if your device powers on or not. Let's get this issue resolved!

Yeah there is no power going to the device. Also tried another Hub cord. Thanks for this info.
