My cameras are not recording any events, although I have an active
subscription. Is there anyone at Nest that can help me. A phone number
would be helpful since I’ve spent about an hour and a half on this now.

Thanks for responding. My nest aware subscription was about to expire
and two weeks before the expiration the history was nonexistent. Now it
looks like all the history is there. It’s weird that that occurred
before the renewal.
