She was already added as a collaborator in the Google Keep app. I've removed her and then re-added again. Still no luck

Thanks for your reply. I am getting stuck after step 5.The shared note is a Keep note called Shopping. I don't have any Google 'Shopping Lists'

Also just to add, she cannot access our shared Keep note via the Nest Hub. She can access it on her phone. The Keep note is shared with the family group (which she is in) and also directly with her via email address associated with her Google account...
