I think it must be 2nd gen. not sure since it says nothing about the iteration in the subscription page. It simply offers an upgrade to "Nest Aware Plus". that does not discount both 1st & 2nd gen having that option though of course.It must have been...

in the Google Home app there is no 'remove device' on the Nest IQ device.
