I recently upgraded to Plus from Basic and have not received the pro
rated credit from the unused Basic service. I did receive an email
showing the transaction, but have not received the refund.
Forgot to update this...I was successful with doing the router hard
reset and after reinstalling all the cameras and other devices,
everything worked like it did prior. I did not lose the Nest Home which
was a concern. Thanks for the help and suggest...
Perfect...that's what I'm looking for. It appears I won't lose the Nest
Home. I'll follow each step exactly and hopefully I'll be successful. No
concerns with doing the setup, I remember a few key things from when I
last did that. Thank you sir!
