Wow, this was it for me. I was getting about 60 - 110 upload and now I'm getting my full 200 Mbps upload. My download was always working at full capacity.HOW HAVE THEY NOT FIXED THIS YET?! Thank you for the tip kind internet stranger!My cloud setting...
