Why close the thread when the root cause it's not resolved? This is only
a workaround, and only works for some. If it helps or not, the overall
issue still exists.
Because its sends data to Google so they can "analyze" it and "make your
services better". Its also crippled many people's Google Wifi's by
severely limiting the bandwidth to all devices connected. Right now, my
feeling is to avoid turning this on as...

answer, disable cloud services and reboot the system. See if that helps.

I'm 2.5 days in after I made the change. Been working from home
exclusively for 2 of those days (the last 2), and things are still very
good. Was even able to stream 4k again.
Did you change your setting as described below and reboot the system?
Its worked wonders for me so far, not everyone seems to see a
difference, but some do.
