Hi @Juni , I'm not really sure what to say here. Someone fixed something as I'm now able to sign in to Watts through Google Home, but ever after I get the "the account has been linked" message (or whatever) I don't see the SunTouch thermostat listed....

@Juni ... as you can see from the thread a few folks are having this issue. did you have a chance to try to reproduce it? if not, i think there's enough folks with the issue to warrant creating a defect - could you do that for us?

Hi @Juni - I tried on my son's iPhone 11 and got same error. Please give it a shot on your side and let me know if you get the error? If not I'll definitely give an uninstall/reinstall a shot. Thanks!

Hi @Juni - thanks for the note back. In the Google Home app on my phone I click on my profile picture > Home app settings > App info and that says it's version 2.63.110. In the AppStore it looks like that's the latest version and was released ~2 week...
