In the Home app on iPhone, I cannot access temperature preferences for
my second Neat (upstairs). First Neat (downstairs) is fine. I get the
error Problem connecting to the cloud, please try again later.
Thanks for the tips. I removed the device from Home and then added it
back. Works now but had to re-do all the settings and wiring in the app
which was a pain. Next time I will try resetting the thermostat first
instead of removing it from Home.
