Same issue here as well. Once in a while I will have audio after turning the TV back on, but this has been rare. Almost always have to Restart. Hope this issue is solved with another update as well!

That's great I got mine as a gift so I had to mail mine in after speaking with Google. Got the replacement quickly and all is working fine for now. Just hope it doesn't happen again.

No updates yet. Responded to the email with the requested info like serial number and stuff and have yet to hear anything back. Was supposed to get a other email with a label to send my current one back and haven't gotten that yet either.
