Hello all,Swipe Up is not working on my new device. Therefore i can’t
set up sleep sensing - the main feature I was intending to use. i’ve
tried unplugging and waiting 5 minutes. Any other suggestions? Should I
return it as faulty? Thank you!
Thanks Juni. i’ve done factory reset but the problem is my device
doesn’t offer a bottom menu to swipe up on at all. the menu is at the
top, and the Settings cog only has 3 options - not the Sleep Sensing
calibration option. I wonder if it’s a proble...
