Hi Muddi,I can hear a broadcast on the devices in the home, but NOT on my phone. If a child replies to a device, then that device plays it. If they reply to my phone, it will not play.I'll check the device info above, and fill out the form completely...

I dont know what my devices are, what is the model. How do I find that out? The display MAX were bought between 5 months and 2 years ago, and the nest speaker is just like 5 years old I think.
