Got it fixed. Called my HVAC company that just installed my new house system. They took out the nest and put in the reliable Honeywell thermostat with the Up Down temp buttons and the AC/Heat buttons. I now have heat. All better. One happy person. Go...

Same here! I'm freezing! Nest is telling me I'm away. I'm home and freezing!! I hate nest also! Can't find help either!
