No update from me. My mum is still having the problem. It happens after
about 5 hours, so she avoids having the TV on for that long. I’m
visiting my mum now but we haven’t had power for 2 days so haven’t
been able to check it out and call Virgin.

lives in Montreal and when I’m there next month will give Virgin plus a

We have the same issue and called Virgin TV. We were told to contact
Chromecast so did some googling and found this thread. Please don’t
close the thread until there is a resolution as I’d like to see what it
is. Thanks so much!
