Google Nest Community

I have had my Nest for some time now and other than this issue, which did resolve and has not reoccurred, have never had any issues. The system has done a good job for us.

Mine resolved itself so no idea why it stopped working correctly or what resolved it.

My app started working again the next day. No idea why it stopped working or what fixed it as I didn’t note any updates to the app.

Am having same issue. Thermostat shows online and apps on iPhone and iPad are both showing offline. Everything is working except the app on my devices. There is no router, battery or other issue covered in the support documentation. Google team pleas...
