I have had my nest 3rd generation for approx 10 months but it has now
stopped working. I have had an electrician in yesterday who has
confirmed the power supply works but that the unit is faulty. How do I
arrange for a replacement please?

0808 169 2307.They arranged for a replacement heat link to be sent which
I installed this weekend. All now works fine and I am sending the faulty
one back today on a pre-paid serv...
