We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
When the device is turned on, it stops at the Google logo and remains in
this state. I tried to do a factory reset by pressing the back button,
but the device does not respond and remains in its status as it is
without change.
