That is lucky.. mine was a replacement due to heatlink issue back in
2021 (no problem on the Display), after lots of trouble shooting steps,
with few different agents, lots of email thread, in the end no
replacement, not even a discounted purchase..
It is ok Mark, I did that already previously so it is likely still
rejected due to out of warranty (while this happened only 1yr 11 month,
it was a replacement from previously failed heatlink). I'll do the form
anyway but I understand the replacement...
