Hi, received error message H71 on Nest thermostat.Have tried all
troubleshooting suggestions, but the unit is totally dead unfortunately.
Any suggestions to remedy welcomed.....it's a tad cold at the

Google Nest today advising me that we're eligible for a replacement free
