Hi Mark,The wires look good, seated well. From the app I can read the voltage, it is 3.95, so the battery seems good.The t-stat will shut down and restart if held down for 10 seconds. When it restarts, the outer ring is still non-responsive.Thanks,Jo...

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. The t-stat works via the app, heater works as expected. The problem is the the device itself is unresponsive to physical adjustments. Turn the ring on the T-stat, nothing happens. Thx.
