Nest Thermostat Issue

I recently purchased the Nest Thermostat with mirrored face and cannot get past the complete install in google home app. Thermostat cannot be detected.

Hi Jenelyn_O,The only thing on the thermostat is "continue setup on Google Home App" in French, English, and Spanish. No instances of low power.
