Hello, they did provide me with a router that connects to my modem on the wall. I have to connect the Google nest to the router provided so the internet works. If I connect the nest to the wall modem then it needs log in details which don't work or t...

No this was the login so I can connect the Cable directly from fibre to the WAN port. It was meant to be the PPPOE log in details

So spoke to sky and they said the user name is admin with the wifi password. This doesn't work though

Actually just on the phone now to them so hopefully I can get it 
