I got assistance through online chat and was able to get the issue mostly resolved. My inside door chime no longer works, but my Google assistant announces a visitor, so that works for me. Thanks for following up.

When the doorbell failed, I used Google and found the same instructions in the link you provided. I followed all of them and got the results I posted in my OP. I appreciate the help you are providing. All of the lights are still working on the doorbe...

I got an offline message and then started troubleshooting. The doorbell was still in my Nest app, but no stream was available. It’s about 5-6 years old.
