Thermostat wifi connection

I have problem with my wifi on the Google thermostat. I have the Rogers Ignite and I connect the thermostat jus work for 2 days, after 2 days the app show offline. I reset the modem and start work, but jus for 2 more days. I already spoken with suppo...
