Thermostat wifi connection

I have problem with my wifi on the Google thermostat. I have the Rogers Ignite and I connect the thermostat jus work for 2 days, after 2 days the app show offline. I reset the modem and start work, but jus for 2 more days.  I already spoken with support Rogers and  say all is fine. Do you guys have one idea for I can solve my problem?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead  of us. I'm sorry for the delay. 

 

Connection interference could cause your thermostat to go offline in the app such as Cordless phones, Bluetooth devices, and baby monitors and other Wi-Fi devices. A few questions: were there any instances that your thermostat shows low power? How far away is your thermostat from the router? Also, try to use different mobile devices and install the Nest app and see if it would show offline.
