I have been locked out of the NEST app on my iPhone. When I do a "reset password", no reset email is received. The only help I can find is that it is suggested I'm using the wrong email or password. Both obviously not true as I can sign in to Google ...

Thank you for the help. I did a factory reset, reloaded the app, and created a new account used only for the thermostat. It works fine. Since it was quick and easy, it should have been my first step rather than last.

I don't have another account. Looks like maybe I should uninstall the app and begin again setting up as a new user with a new account?
