I replaced my nest doorbell with a nest second generation wired. It
worked for one day then quit. The base plate doesn't look as waterproof
as the old one, don't know if this is an issue.q
And the nest service rep (844) 229-2209 has me on hold for over 45
minutes. I have been trying to get a service rep to come out and fix the
open back of the doorbell to keep the water out
The doorbell keeps cutting on and off. my wifi works ok on the rest of
my devices. and the base plate did not come with a seal. The old nest
doorbell had a base plate that enclosed the entire rear of the doorbell.
