Take longer time to charge. Put charge on Friday 25/03/23 11 AM (AET), only 76% charged over 48 hour. Last time it took only maximum 5 hours for full charge. Try to raise case with GOOGLE support the phone line disconnected 2 times. @google @Googledo...

Hi @EmersonB , thanks for the reply and help. It is Nest Doorbell (battery) and not wired. In the past 2 times it was fully charged within 3-5 hours. Last time not fully charged and taken number of days to reach 76%.

thanks @AndroiFy, already try to call google nest help after filling with all necessary details. The call was cut off with apologies voice message. Case also created however I couldn’t see any updates from @google @googlesupprt
