Hello, I had submit a form on my broken camera lens a few months ago and
have yet to hear back regarding this. I was told the form was received
but haven't heard back. How can I escalate this?
Help! My camera lens broke on my Nest Doorbell. I can't find any help
online about getting it fixed. It's impossible to tell if the tool
releases it so we can charge it and so it ended up falling and of course
the lens cracked. Am I able to have this...
Is there any update on this? I've checked my email and spam folder every
day and have yet to hear back. At this point it is clear this is not
going to be resolved so I think we will go with a different brand
altogether as your support is non existent...
Sorry about the last one... I'm still waiting for another email to be
sent per the last rep. Ive checked my spam, trash and inbox and have yet
