Google Ring broken camera lens

Hello, I had submit a form on my broken camera lens a few months ago and have yet to hear back regarding this.  I was told the form was received but haven't heard back.  How can I escalate this?

I wasn't given a case ID. I was told to fill out a form and got confirmations from you that it was received but that was the last I heard of it.

@Stacia505, thanks for the info and sorry about the late reply. We got the case that you submitted, and one of our support agents sent you an email about information that was on your Nest doorbell. 

@Danny_400, Do you have the same concern with your Nest Doorbell?

@Stacia505, as I've checked the Case with the previous support, they sent you an email last April and were asking for some information about your Nest Doorbell to further assist you. I would suggest just continuing with the conversation on the email, as some information is not allowed to be shared publicly.

I'm still waiting for anothu

Sorry about the last one... I'm still waiting for another email to be sent per the last rep.  Ive checked my spam, trash and inbox and have yet to hear back.  

Is there any update on this?  I've checked my email and spam folder every day and have yet to hear back.  At this point it is clear this is not going to be resolved so I think we will go with a different brand altogether as your support is non existent and the camera is clearly trash. By the time I get any REAL response it will be beyond a year of trying.
