Rheem thermostat compatibility

My existing thermostat has wires connected to R, C, E1 and E2. I believe it is proprietary. The furnace is a rheem.

Since the update, I have had an issue. My nest was on the heat and cool program.well the thermostat was blue, but hot air was blowing through my vents. The outside temp awas 8 deg C. I have switched the program to heat only.
