Thank you for offering your support Anders.I can confirm that there is a green light on the face, and that the doorbell LED lights up GREEN when pressed. The issues with the lack of chime indoors occurred after the 'factory reset'.Thanks again.

Thank you Virna. I will speak to a Google Nest Pro Technician again, and explore the possibility of purchasing two more doorbells, just as soon as I've sold my car!
